Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate

day-to-day bookkeeping

and financial records.

Handle accounts

payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.

Ensure

compliance with Indian accounting standards , tax regulations, GST, and TDS.

Prepare and

maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Manage s tatutory compliance, audits, and filings.

Implement efficient accounting systems and processes suitable for a

scaling startup.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's

degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

2–5 years of experience

in accounting (startup experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of

accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

Proficiency in

Tally or similar

accounting software.

Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite .

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent

attention to detail , problem-solving, and organizational skills.
