Job descriptionManage Instagram & LinkedIn posting and consistency Maintain weekly content calendars Coordinate with the content producer for reels, videos, and BTS Share Track’d updates, marketplace content, and brand stories Track engagement and report performance Plan and manage reels, product videos, and festival content Handle influencer collaborations and campaign deliverables Maintain brand consistency across platforms Work with the BD team for timely posting and communication Draft and publish professional LinkedIn posts in the founder’s tone Share updates across all brands and ventures Build a strong, consistent leadership presence Manage weekly posting strategy and engagement Work with the social media agency (Radhika) for creative requirements Collaborate with brand managers daily Ensure timely execution of all digital deliverables Stay updated on platform trends and best practices 1–4 years experience in social media management / digital communication Strong writing skills, especially for LinkedIn-style content Understanding of Instagram + YouTube algorithms Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines Creative mindset with clean, consistent communication Reliable and self-driven while working remotely Interest in music, festivals, lifestyle, or youth culture is a plus Fully remote role with flexibility Work on fast-growing youth, music, and lifestyle brands Creative freedom to experiment and build brand identities Work directly with the founder and core team Opportunity to grow into larger brand leadership roles

This role requires someone who understands digital storytelling, brand voice, and social media growth. You will handle posting, communication, scheduling, coordination, and content strategy across multiple pages.
This is a remote role , and we are open to both full-time applicants and skilled freelancers.
