Job Description – QA Lead (Digital Agency / E-commerce / CMS)
Location : Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience : 6-8 Years
Notice Period : Immediate to 7 Days
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage QA delivery for assigned web and mobile application projects.
Perform manual & automated testing across web, mobile, CMS platforms, and e-commerce systems.
Conduct cross-browser and device compatibility testing to ensure performance consistency.
Own SEO validation, Lighthouse audits, Analytics testing, and page optimization checks .
Create, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
Perform API testing with Postman / REST Assured.
Validate backend data using SQL queries .
Prepare test plans, test cases, defect reports, and status updates .
Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to resolve issues.
Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 QA resources .
Must-Have Skills
4–6 years of QA experience in web / mobile applications .
Strong experience in manual & automation testing (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).
Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman / REST Assured).
Good knowledge of SQL for backend validation .
Strong knowledge of cross-browser / device compatibility testing .
Experience in SEO testing, Lighthouse audits, and Analytics validation .
Ability to lead and manage a small QA team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, etc.).
Familiarity with QA management tools ( JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr ).
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
