Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Administrator with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
The ideal candidate will manage device configurations, application deployments, user policies, compliance enforcement, and security monitoring across the enterprise IT ecosystem.
This role requires deep expertise in device management, security, automation, and end-user Management :
- Enroll and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Deploy device configuration profiles for security enforcement.
- Monitor device compliance and enforce Conditional Access Management :
- Deploy and manage desktop and mobile applications.
- Implement App Protection Policies (APP) to safeguard company data.
- Utilize Microsoft Store for Business and integrate third-party and Profile Management :
- Create compliance policies to ensure device security.
- Configure settings for encryption, password policies, device restrictions, and more.
- Manage Endpoint Security profiles (BitLocker, antivirus, firewall, and Reporting :
- Use the Intune admin console to track device and app performance.
- Generate and analyze compliance, deployment, and error reports.
- Leverage Microsoft Graph API and Power BI for advanced and Role Management :
- Assign and manage roles using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Collaborate with Azure Entra ID teams to manage user groups and licensing.
- Ensure least-privilege access through accurate role and Automation :
Integrate Intune with :
Azure Entra ID for identity and access management.Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for threat protection.Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning.Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Logic and Compliance :Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across devices.Enforce disk encryption using BitLocker and FileVault.Integrate with Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) and Troubleshooting :Resolve device enrollment, application deployment, and policy conflict issues.Collaborate with help desk teams to deliver end-user support.Analyze logs and use diagnostics tools for issue Improvement :Stay updated with Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager enhancements.Participate in training sessions and Microsoft tech 365 and License Management :Create and manage user accounts via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Entra ID.Assign and manage licenses for Microsoft 365 services and applications.Maintain security and distribution group Online Administration :Manage user and shared mailboxes and configure retention / litigation policies.Administer transport rules and email protection via Microsoft Defender for Office 365.Microsoft certifications Skills :Microsoft Intune & Endpoint ManagerMicrosoft 365 AdministrationAzure Entra ID / Active DirectoryPowerShell & Microsoft Graph APIDevice Compliance & Security PoliciesApplication Lifecycle ManagementITIL & Incident : Mode : Hours : 1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM(ref : hirist.tech)
