Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls or handle inbound inquiries from international clients.
  • Pitch and promote products or services to prospects / customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or CRM.
  • Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support) to improve conversion rates.

Requirements :

  • Education : Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
  • Experience :
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
  • 1–3 years of experience in international telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales preferred.
  • Communication :
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or global accent.
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Basic understanding of international markets and customer behavior.
  • Familiarity with sales concepts : B2C / B2B, upselling, objection handling.
  • Confidence in cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals.
