Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls or handle inbound inquiries from international clients.
- Pitch and promote products or services to prospects / customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support) to improve conversion rates.
Requirements :
Education : Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., etc.).Experience :Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.1–3 years of experience in international telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales preferred.Communication :Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or global accent.Strong listening and persuasion skills.Preferred Skills :
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).Basic understanding of international markets and customer behavior.Familiarity with sales concepts : B2C / B2B, upselling, objection handling.Confidence in cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals.Skills Required
