Key responsibilities :
Closely working with business SPOCs from different departments / regions (like Customer Centricity, Sales) for executing business needs
Having good understanding of CRM system s fundamentals ; Lead the development of a CRM and other application(s) framework and related artefacts, governance, and process
Provides subject matter expertise and a high level of internal consulting support on the analysis, design, programming, debugging, modification, and maintenance of software enhancements and / or new products
Interact with users to define system requirements and / or necessary modifications.
Manage a team of new and experienced support staff, technical vendor and developers in an agile approach methodology to delivering defect resolutions and enhancements
Provide mentoring, coaching guidance to CRM support team and implementer
Develop trust and build effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across the business
Foster an innovative culture with an eye toward agility, being proactive and outward communication
Bringing Innovative ideas and manage knowledge across GPL; Conduct research focused on identifying emerging technology solutions and trends
Good experience in managing IT vendor for application support and development
Who are we looking for?
Education :
Graduates / Post Graduates with 6 - 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience :
Managing CRM framework for GPL IT (Salesforce or other CRM product)
A minimum three years of management / systems integration experience related to application support, development, delivery, change management within diverse industries
Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and diagnose the root cause of issues; evaluate and implement solutions
Managing application support and enhancement for application users
Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Strong interpersonal skills; good team player with the ability to build relationships.
