What You Will Do (The Mandate) :
Your primary responsibility is to own and accelerate the company's growth trajectory. Your key outcomes will include :Strategy & Diagnosis : Conduct a full audit of our current growth model, identify the biggest leverage points, and build a comprehensive, data-informed growth strategy for the next 18 months.Experimentation Engine : Design, prioritize, and manage a robust roadmap of growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure a unified and seamless customer experience that drives growth.Metrics & Insights : Establish a clear North Star Metric and a supporting KPI framework. A Proven Track Record : 8-12 years of progressive experience in a hands-on growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.A Portfolio of Growth : Demonstrable experience in scaling a key business metric (e.g., MAU, Revenue, Market Share) by a significant magnitude. Be prepared to walk us through your strategy and impact.Technical & Analytical Chops : High proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), A / B testing platforms, and CRM systems.
