Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining systems to ensure optimized functionality. The role involves contributing to design, testing, and evaluation of technical systems while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, efforts will be directed toward providing excellent technical support and documenting system functionality and operations.

• Proficiency in system design, testing, and evaluation
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical documentation skills
• Experience with team collaboration and providing technical support services

• Relevant certifications in system administration, networking, or equivalent are a plus
