Role Summary

As a Patternmaker at Studio Bhaa, you will translate design concepts into precise garment patterns for womenswear Ready-to-Wear collections. The role requires technical expertise, accuracy, and collaboration to ensure Studio Bhaa's western silhouettes maintain their fit, drape, and finish.

What You'll Do

• Develop accurate paper and digital patterns from design sketches and tech packs.
• Conduct draping, drafting, and grading to achieve desired silhouettes and sizes.
• Collaborate with designers and sample masters during fittings, ensuring proper adjustments.
• Work with a range of fabrics, from fluid silks to structured cottons and luxury textiles.
• Maintain quality standards for luxury RTW garments with attention to detail and finishing.
• Support the sampling-to-production process by troubleshooting technical issues.
