Job description

About the Role :

  • We are looking for a highly analytical Futures Trader to join our Research Team, responsible for generating high-accuracy trading calls for retail customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in F&O markets, strong risk management skills, and the ability to deliver actionable, data-driven insights daily.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate Daily Research Calls - Provide clear, high-probability trade setups (Entry / Exit / SL) in Index & Stock Futures.
  • Maintain - 75% Accuracy - Deliver consistent, reliable calls backed by technical / fundamental analysis.
  • Risk Management - Adhere to strict risk-reward discipline (Min 1.25 : 1 RR ratio).
  • Market Monitoring - Track global cues, news flows, and OI trends for real-time adjustments.
