Global Education Program Lead

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Program Operations Expert to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale online education programs across multiple regions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, admissions, instructor and content operations, live delivery, learner support, platform administration, localization, data / reporting, and vendor / partner management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running global EdTech programs (bootcamps, MOOCs, professional learning) with measurable outcomes. They will be hands-on with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Open edX, Thinkific) and video / conferencing tools; possess strong spreadsheet / reporting skills; and be comfortable working across Americas / EMEA / APAC time zones.

Responsibilities include :

• Building annual and cohort calendars; mapping milestones, runbooks, and critical paths;
• Owning application review, selection, orientation, and the enrollment funnel;
• Recruiting and scheduling instructors / guests; issuing briefs; collecting slides / assignments; running pre-flights;
• Hosting or staging live sessions; keeping modules and capstones on track; maintaining community spaces and SLAs for learner support;
• Administering LMS, video, and collaboration tools; maintaining SOPs; troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors as needed;
• Upholding academic integrity; tracking assignments and rubrics; issuing certificates / badges and verifying records;
• Coordinating translation / subtitling; adapting schedules and holidays; meeting accessibility standards;
• Maintaining dashboards; analyzing engagement and outcomes; publishing weekly updates and final reports;
