Application Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer with hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD to support our technical and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing , providing product demonstrations, technical guidance, and on-site support. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory as regular field visits are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct on-site visits to clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.

Demonstrate and explain features, functionalities, and workflows of Revit and AutoCAD products.

Assist clients with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software solutions.

Coordinate with sales and support teams to address client queries and feedback.

Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients.

Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and competitor solutions.

Maintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and technical issues in CRM.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field.

2–4 years of experience as an Application Engineer or Technical Consultant.

Hands-on knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD .

Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.

Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license .

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
