Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Sponsorship Sales Specialist to drive our sponsorship business across India. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, building relationships with both properties / IP owners (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, events) and brands / sponsors . Your role will be critical in securing sponsorship deals, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless execution of activations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full sales cycle : prospect → qualify → pitch → proposal → negotiation → close → handoff to client servicing.
- Build and manage dual-sided pipelines : onboarding properties and acquiring sponsor brands.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting.
- Drive account growth : renewals, upsell / cross-sell, and expansion into new categories.
- Coordinate with internal teams / vendors for smooth activation delivery .
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sponsorship benchmarks to refine strategies.
Skills & Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience in sponsorship, B2B partnership, or sales (sports, events, media, lifestyle).Proven track record in closing multi-lakh sponsorship or marketing deals.Strong network with brand marketers and / or property owners;comfortable interactingwith senior stakeholders.
Excellent prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing skills.Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive), Excel / Sheets, and basic financial / ROI understanding.Clear communication, presentation, and ownership mindset.KPIs :
