Job descriptionLead projects across data pipelines, ETL / ELT, cloud data warehousing, big data platforms, and real-time analytics. Provide technical guidance in Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Python. Lead multidisciplinary data teams (data engineers, analysts, architects). Manage hiring, team ramp-up / ramp-down, delivery capacity planning. Own senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of business and technical outcomes. Review data strategies, solution architectures, and roadmap execution. Drive strong delivery governance, documentation practices, and risk control. Ensure data quality, lineage tracking, validation frameworks, and security compliance. Provide strategic understanding of AI Agents, advanced analytics, and ML enablement. 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics delivery, or data platform leadership. Hands-on expertise with Azure / AWS data stacks, distributed processing, SQL / Python, ETL / ELT frameworks. Strong understanding of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), data governance, metadata, and MDM. Experience managing large-scale enterprise data initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capability.
