Role Summary
The GRC Associate – Pre-Sales & Client Coordination will support the GRC team in managing client interactions, preparing proposals, responding to compliance queries, and coordinating project activities related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS, and VAPT engagements.
This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and efficient delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and scope documents for ISO 27001, SOC 2, VAPT, and other compliance services.
- Conduct initial requirement gathering calls with prospects and document scope.
- Prepare project estimations, capability decks, and service presentations.
- Support sales teams with compliance-related queries from clients.
- Research competitor offerings and maintain updated knowledge of industry standards.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal consultants.Track project status, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.Schedule meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up with stakeholders for updates.Ensure client requests are addressed promptly and escalated when needed.Maintain CRM entries and update client interaction logs.Documentation & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, weekly status updates, and dashboards for management.Draft professional emails, summaries, and client communication notes.Maintain templates for proposals, SoWs, contracts, and audit reports.Required Skills & Competencies
Technical / Functional Skills
Basic understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and cybersecurity concepts (preferred).Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Understanding of VAPT terminology, IT assets, and risk concepts (added advantage).Ability to prepare structured documents and presentations.Soft Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail and strong organizational capability.Quick learner with ability to work under minimal supervision.Professional email drafting and stakeholder management skills.Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.Certifications like ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, ITIL Foundation, or basic cybersecurity courses (preferred, not mandatory).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely delivery of proposals and client documents.Client communication quality and response time.Project coordination efficiency.Accuracy of documentation and reports.Contribution to pre-sales conversion rates.
