About the Role :
We're looking for a People and Culture Intern who wants to build the foundations of a high-trust, high-performance team culture.
You'll work on leave tracking to onboarding, Slack workflows to performance conversations. You'll be the person who notices what's broken, thinks through solutions, and builds systems that scale.
This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role. You won't just execute—you'll propose, design, and own small but meaningful projects that impact every team member.
