Primary Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to provide information on offerings and benefits by showcasing customized product options, low TAT and high service standards to achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in new or used car loan processing.
- Visit customers' residence / office for document collection
- Submit physical files within defined TAT
- Support collections for missed EMIs when needed
- Interact with walk-in customers at dealership & resolve queries
