Job Title : Inside Sales Specialist or Manager
Experience Level : 1-3 Years or 3-5 years
Location : On-site - Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office only)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend / convince about our offerings.
- Make outbound calls on cold data and curated data (when available) to convert prospects into active leads and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a high conversion ratio.
- Maintain an accurate record of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with the counselling, application, and visa teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
- Meet and exceed weekly / monthly and quarterly sales / enrolment targets.
- Keep up to date with global education trends, application deadlines, and admission processes across major study destinations like UK.
- Represent the company in webinars, seminars, and virtual events when required.
- Provide excellent customer experience and build lasting relationships with students and parents.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, or a related field.Prior experience in the overseas education or EdTech industry is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other productivity platforms.Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
