Virtual Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to work closely with our team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage client communication, backend operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities include managing WhatsApp communication, scheduling calendars, assisting with Learning Management System (LMS) access issues, publishing social media content, maintaining Google Drive and Docs, and providing basic technical support.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred), prior experience in virtual assistance or marketing support, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, comfort with Google Workspace and basic online tools, and self-driven work ethic.
