Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to work closely with our team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage client communication, backend operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities include managing WhatsApp communication, scheduling calendars, assisting with Learning Management System (LMS) access issues, publishing social media content, maintaining Google Drive and Docs, and providing basic technical support.

  • Client & Student Communication : Manage professional communication, share reminders, and handle follow-ups.
  • Calendar & Scheduling : Organize schedules, book calls, and send timely reminders.
  • LMS & Technical Support : Assist with LMS access, provide basic technical support, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Social Media Posting : Publish content across social media platforms (content strategy provided).
  • Administrative Support : Maintain Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for reporting and record-keeping.
  • Basic Project Management : Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for seamless execution.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred), prior experience in virtual assistance or marketing support, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, comfort with Google Workspace and basic online tools, and self-driven work ethic.
