Training Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating training sessions for employees. They will need to assess training needs, track training progress, and ensure employee development. Additionally, the Training Specialist will provide customer service support related to training inquiries and coordinate with various departments to align training objectives with organizational goals.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
