𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

We are seeking a Business / Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis and database management for financial services systems. In this role, you will analyze data and collaborate with LLM engineers to enhance our AI-based knowledge systems. You will also be responsible for structuring high-quality datasets for AI-powered solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲 data and market trends to generate intelligence for an LLM-based solution.
𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 robust SQL queries and MongoDB scripts.
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 structured datasets for AI-driven analytics and LLM training.
𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 real-world examples and benchmarks for RAG-based retrieval systems.
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 with the LLM engineering team to optimize knowledge retrieval flows.
Build dashboards and reporting tools to support risk analysis, compliance, and business intelligence.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

B.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data analysis for financial services applications.

3+ years of experience working with SQL and MongoDB queries.

Familiarity with financial services datasets.

Knowledge of RAG and LLMs, with the ability to structure data for AI-powered retrieval systems.

Good understanding of banking system flows, products, and regulations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Understanding of business banking.

Experience in Python (preferred) or R for data processing.

Prior work experience with financial data sources.
