Job Title : Cluster Head

Reporting To : Regional Head – MFD

Location : Ludhiana ( oversee Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Bhatinda, Patiala)

Qualifications & Experience :

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 7–13 years of experience in mutual fund sales or distribution management, preferably handling the MFD / IFA channel.
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, channel dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in team management and relationship-driven sales.

Role & Responsibilities :

Market Growth : Sustaining sales momentum and AUM growth in a competitive and price-sensitive mutual fund landscape.

Regulatory Changes : Adapting quickly to new SEBI and AMFI guidelines while maintaining compliance and business continuity.

Retail Expansion : Driving penetration in underdeveloped markets with low investor awareness and financial literacy.

Distributor Management : Strengthening and expanding multi-channel partnerships (Banks, IFAs, NDs, and Digital) to enhance reach and productivity.

Talent Retention : Attracting and motivating sales teams in a competitive financial services environment.

Digital Transformation : Leveraging technology for operational efficiency, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
