Job descriptionWork with clients to understand their requirements and develop software solutions Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise as Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure high Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong Proficient in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including cloud-based Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in leading development teams and managing project deliverables Familiarity with Git, including version control, code reviews, and pull request Hands-on expertise in AI / ML technologies (Microsoft CoPilot Agents) and frameworks Experience with Microsoft Synapse Analytics
