Job Summary :

The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role requires good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure network security and connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware failures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware / software repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Assist with system upgrades, data backups, and antivirus management.
  • Support setup for meetings, video conferences, and remote access tools.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and maintain service logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 6months to 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
