Job descriptionGraduate degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce). Schooling, preferably convent educated, 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary / Administrative role. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. As per the industry standards.

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CXO-level leadership team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to CXO-level executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Assist in organizing board meetings, reviews, and senior-level engagements.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Support in event coordination and special projects as required.
