About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical professional to join our team as a Data Reporting & Analysis Specialist.

In this role, you will handle large volumes of data, prepare insightful reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup, ensuring accuracy and process excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities :

Work with large datasets to prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (lookups, reference formulas, pivot tables) to analyze data

efficiently.

Ensure data accuracy and maintain a strong commitment to detail in all deliverables.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet reporting requirements and deadlines.

Research and gather data from websites and social media platforms (including LinkedIn) to

support analysis.

Develop innovative methods to compare data across different databases and workbooks.

Adapt to shifting priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

Significant experience working with data analytics, reporting, and visualization.

Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reference formulas).

Strong process orientation and problem-solving ability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Comfortable managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
