🔎 We’re Looking For :

✅ Position Title : Implementation Analyst

✅ Experience : 1 to 3 years

💼 Technical / Domain Skills Required :

  • Proficiency with API tools : SOAPUI, Postman, TestGUI.
  • Experience with monitoring and debugging tools : OpenSearch, Kibana.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools : JIRA, SQL, PowerBI, S3.
  • Hands-on experience with customer support tools such as DevRev and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, and XSLT integrations.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and data analysis methodologies.

🛠 Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with airlines and agencies to ensure seamless implementation of behavior plans and NDC APIs.
  • Lead and execute technical implementations for API integrations (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Expedia).
  • Contribute to automation of test cases using SOAP-UI and reduce implementation time.
  • Utilize OpenSearch, Kibana, and JIRA for issue identification, debugging, and tracking during live projects.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to prioritize bugs, enhancements, and stories.
  • Conduct UAT, QA testing, and ensure 99%+ bug-free deployments.
  • Develop and maintain API documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures for clients.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets using tools such as DevRev and Salesforce, ensuring SLA adherence (95%+).
  • Troubleshoot production issues raised by internal and external clients, improving resolution time by 30%.
  • Act as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring timely project delivery and support.
  • Provide end-user training and continuous support to agencies and partners on new software functionalities.
  • Conduct sandbox certifications and assist in onboarding clients to NDC API platforms.
  • Perform data analysis, root cause identification, and performance optimization using Kibana and internal debugging tools.
  • 🎓Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in travel domain platforms (Emirates, Farelogix, Spotnana).
  • Knowledge of NDC standards (17.2 and 21.3).
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Work Mode : Remote – But will be required to travel for projects in India as well as abroad
  • Shift Details : Fixed (unless in case of business exigency)
  • Work Days : As per EU / Finnish time
