Job Role : Plex QMS – Senior Consultant

Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Trivandrum / Hyderabad

Job Description :

Looking for a technology lead who can be hands on with end-to-end Plex QMS implementation and migration, has experience in activating PLEX(Other products) QMS modules, configure user roles and approval workflows. Has strong understanding of the QMS processes and is able to automate them. Should be able to finalize go live plans, conduct testing and dry runs to ensure quality and validate dashboards and KPI. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills along with analytical skills.

Primary Skill :

• Lead end-to-end Plex QMS implementation and migration.
• Validate IRIS-Plex QMS data exchange including payloads for POs, suppliers, and parts.
• Activate Plex QMS modules : document control, audit trails, compliance workflows.
• Configure user roles and approval workflows for quality teams, suppliers, and auditors.
• Automate QMS processes : alerts, escalations, and quality event approvals.
• Integrate supplier portals for issue tracking and resolution.
• Conduct testing and dry runs to simulate quality events and validate dashboards / KPIs.
• Finalize go-live plans, migrate data, activate roles, and support hypercare post-launch.
