Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve disbursement targets while minimizing delinquency.
- Identify Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and disbursed loans suitable for target customers and geographies.
- Drive business growth by developing and managing teams for deeper market penetration.
- Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions to expand operational areas.
- Manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency , meeting daily / weekly collection targets.
- Conduct follow-ups on disbursed loans , especially for late payments.
- Undertake regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant assessments .
- Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
- Build strong client relationships internally and externally and enhance brand recognition.
- Ensure weekly / daily meetings and center visits are conducted.
