Co-Founder & CTO (Smartphone Startup | Made in India | Equity-Based Role) About Caesar Technologies : We are an emerging Indian tech startup building a next-generation, indigenously developed smartphones focused on privacy, security, and innovation . Our goal is to create a Made-in-India smartphone that competes globally — designed, developed, and engineered entirely within India. About the Role : We are seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who has hands-on experience in smartphone hardware and software design , and can help us build and lead our core technical team. This is an equity-based position initially (pre-funding stage), ideal for someone who wants to shape the technological vision of a revolutionary Indian smartphone company. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end smartphone design and development – from concept to prototype. Collaborate with industrial designers, hardware engineers, and software developers.

Identify and evaluate Indian ODMs / OEMs and component suppliers.

Set up product testing, quality control, and certification standards.

Oversee software integration (Android-based OS / custom OS).

Contribute to investor deck and tech roadmap for fundraising. Preferred Experience : Previous experience in smartphone design, R&D, or hardware development (at brands like Nokia, Lava, Micromax, One Plus, Apple, Samsung etc.). Strong understanding of So Cs, PCBs, OS integration, and security layers . Exposure to manufacturing processes and supply chain management . Experience leading a technical or product development team . Passion for building Indian technology from the ground up. What We Offer : Co-founder status with significant equity stake .
