Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and evaluate admission counselling calls for quality, accuracy, and adherence to communication guidelines.
- Identify gaps in product knowledge, tone, and compliance, providing actionable feedback and training recommendations.
- Maintain call audit reports and track quality trends over time.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve student interaction and conversion effectiveness.
- Contribute to developing and updating call scripts, quality checklists, and communication frameworks.
Requirements :
2–4 years of experience in call quality auditing, training, or process improvement, preferably in the education or service industry.Strong analytical, listening, and reporting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and call monitoring tools.Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.If you have a passion for improving communication standards and enhancing student experience — this is your opportunity to make an impact!
