BSA - Zelle and Payment experience

Position Description :

Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Bangalore / Chennai

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience : 3-8 years

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Requirement Elicitation & Analysis :

• Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and surveys to gather business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Document user stories use cases and process flows (BPMN UML).
• Solution Design & Validation :
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable software solutions.
• Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and constraints.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards (if applicable).
• Project Management Support :
• Assist in project planning scope definition and risk assessment.
• Track and report on project progress blockers and key milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning backlog grooming retrospectives).
• Stakeholder Communication :
• Act as a liaison between business users IT teams and third-party vendors.
• Present findings recommendations and project updates to leadership.
• Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance :
• Define test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Work with QA teams to ensure requirements are met before deployment.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation / optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Must Have Skills :

3 years of BSA experience with specifically Zelle and Payment experience.

Experience with Agile / Scrum SDLC and SaaS / enterprise software projects.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in tools like JIRA Confluence MS Visio or LucidChart.
