About the Job
We are seeking a highly strategic Head of eCommerce Marketing & Strategy with deep expertise in B2B growth marketing, enterprise demand generation, and global eCommerce expansion. This role is ideal for a senior marketer who excels at building integrated marketing engines—combining brand strategy, B2B demand gen, modern digital marketing, and data intelligence to accelerate pipeline, product adoption, and global revenue growth.
With a strong focus on the US market and global enterprise partnerships, you will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives—spanning acquisition, retention, partner ecosystems, and brand transformation—across both B2B and B2C channels. You will also leverage AI-driven insights, marketing automation, and advanced analytics to scale predictable and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
B2B & eCommerce Growth Leadership :
Develop and execute high-impact B2B and B2C marketing strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and enhance brand authority across global markets.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth :
Build full-funnel B2B demand generation programs , including ABM, enterprise lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing to increase SQLs, pipeline velocity, and enterprise conversions.
Product & Digital Adoption :
Lead customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention using AI-driven segmentation, automation workflows, and behavior-based marketing funnels.
Strategic Partnerships :
Identify and build partnerships with industry ecosystems, channel partners, influencers, and vendor networks to unlock new enterprise revenue opportunities.
Integrated Multi-Channel Campaigns :
Design and optimize campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, SEO, content, , and influencer marketing to increase qualified leads and conversion rates across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Global Market Expansion :
Drive brand scaling and GTM strategies across the US, Europe, and APAC for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce , and enterprise commerce solutions.
Performance & Growth Marketing :
Lower CAC and increase ROI using continuous optimization, data experimentation, and A / B testing across all digital channels.
Data-Driven Strategy :
Apply psychographic segmentation, competitive intelligence, and BI insights to refine targeting, forecast growth, and maximize CLTV in both B2B and B2C segments.
Cross-Functional Alignment :
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, R&D, and Analytics teams to build unified GTM strategies and deliver cohesive brand experiences across touchpoints.
Brand Positioning, PR & Thought Leadership :
Strengthen brand credibility through strategic PR, executive visibility, case studies, awards, and industry community engagement.
Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary marketing teams while ensuring high performance, timely execution, and measurable business impact.
