We are seeking a Team Lead with strong expertise in the stock market and derivatives segment, capable of leading a team of Relationship Managers while managing and expanding high-value client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will combine market expertise with leadership skills to drive both individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Manage personal and team client portfolios, providing strategic investment and trading advice in equities and derivatives.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic news, and trading opportunities to deliver insights to clients and the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with company and SEBI regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of trades and client servicing.
