Responsibilities :
- We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic expert to lead our high
-performing Sales team with 8 to 25+ years of experience in similar profiles across the industry, preferably real estate.
- The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing business targets, expanding the customer database, championing set annual targets, cross -selling initiatives, expansive team management, and revenue growth.
- Developing sales strategies to acquire new clients and create new lines of revenue
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team to develop lead -generation plans
- Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates
- Monitoring competition, economic indicators, and industry trends

- Tracking sales team metrics, analyzing sales team data, and developing plans to address performance gaps
- Setting targets, performance plans, and standards for sales representatives and coaching individual reps to improve sales performance
- Enabling team by duly acknowledging team members achievements and accomplishments, planning and implementing regular training programs for skill -building
Qualifications :
- MBA (Sales & Marketing)
- (Rich Experience with
- Shobha Construction, Megha Infrastructure, Lodha Group, Rajpushpa, Shapoorji Pallonji Group, My Homes Group, Tata, Stattva, L& T, will be an added advantage)
