Your Tasks
- Analysis of current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current logistics processes to identify areas for automation and digitalization
- Develop and manage project plans for implementing digitalization, automation and supply chain improvement initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with overall business objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and logistics to ensure project buy-in and successful implementation Research, evaluate, and recommend best-in-class automation technologies (e.g., robotics, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems)
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on new technologies and processes
YOUR PROFILE
Completed studies in economics, industrial engineering or business informaticsAlternatively, comparable completed vocational training with corresponding further qualification or professional experienceAt least 5 years of experience as a project / process manager in the field of materials management / logistics / digitalizationExperience in methods of end-to-end process analysis and process optimization as well as risk managementAnalytical thinking, plenty of initiative and a strong sense of responsibilityVery strong team and communication skills combined with very good knowledge in EnglishExperience in spare parts management would be a plusSkills Required
