Your Tasks

  • Analysis of current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current logistics processes to identify areas for automation and digitalization
  • Develop and manage project plans for implementing digitalization, automation and supply chain improvement initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with overall business objectives and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and logistics to ensure project buy-in and successful implementation Research, evaluate, and recommend best-in-class automation technologies (e.g., robotics, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems)
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on new technologies and processes

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies in economics, industrial engineering or business informatics
  • Alternatively, comparable completed vocational training with corresponding further qualification or professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a project / process manager in the field of materials management / logistics / digitalization
  • Experience in methods of end-to-end process analysis and process optimization as well as risk management
  • Analytical thinking, plenty of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Very strong team and communication skills combined with very good knowledge in English
  • Experience in spare parts management would be a plus
