Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining applicant databases, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates

Strong interviewing and assessment skills

Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies

Proficiency in maintaining applicant databases

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
