Job descriptionGuide students through real-world scenarios and practical exercises, helping them master Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and projects. Provide mentorship and career guidance to students during and after the training program. Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to help students prepare for industry job roles. Support students with project-based learning and ensure they complete their final projects with Expert knowledge in Manual Testing, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, API Testing (Postman, 2+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation. Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in delivering training in Agile environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts Ability to guide and mentor students in hands-on environments and support their learning Experience with JIRA, Maven, and CI pipelines is highly desirable. Certification in ISTQB or Selenium is preferred. Experience in delivering online and offline training sessions is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Having Training Experience in this domain is preferred. Teaching experience in Software Testing or Automation. Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax.
