Key responsibilities :
1. Recruit and hire candidates across profiles based on requirements
2. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
3. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations
5. Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics
