Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing customer relationships and maintaining databases.
- Support the CRM team in day-to-day operations and client interactions.
- Respond to customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Generate and maintain reports related to customer engagement and feedback.
- Learn and work on CRM tools / software to improve client servicing.
Requirements :
Fresh graduate (any discipline, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn CRM tools and processes.Skills Required
