Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in managing customer relationships and maintaining databases.
  • Support the CRM team in day-to-day operations and client interactions.
  • Respond to customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to customer engagement and feedback.
  • Learn and work on CRM tools / software to improve client servicing.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate (any discipline, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn CRM tools and processes.
  • Skills Required
