Job Profile : Delegate Relation Executive

Function : International Sales

Location : Mumbai

Joining : Immediate – 15 Days

Education : Graduation

Experience : Minimum 3 Years

Working Days : Monday – Friday (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Shift Timings : 12 PM – 9 PM / 3 PM – 12 AM

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all enquiries professionally while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Achieve individual KPI and revenue targets .
  • Engage with past clients and secure bookings 6–8 months in advance .
  • Generate leads and create project-specific databases.
  • Coordinate with industry speakers and secure referrals.
  • Build client engagement via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies for customer retention.
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
  • Candidate Specification

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Delegate Sales / International Sales.
  • Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, confidence, and "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs .
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • International exposure will be a plus.
