Skills and Competencies

• 15+ years of technology experience, including at least 2+ years leading an enterprise-level Innovation team, preferably within a financial services organization.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and vision execution, with hands-on experience delivering large-scale solutions using latest AI / ML frameworks (Generative / Agentic AI), MCP, RAG, LangChain and LLMs.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Apache Spark, with deep knowledge of cloud engineering on platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in secure coding practices, authentication frameworks and APIs.
• Understanding of container and DevOps frameworks like Docker, GitHub Actions.
• Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory compliance standards is desired.
