Senior Director - Delivery Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director to lead delivery operations in the Data Engineering domain. This role demands strong expertise in client engagement, people leadership, financial governance, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in managing P&L and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery management for large and complex Data Engineering programs.
• Own and drive P&L accountability , including revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost control.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams, ensuring strong people leadership and talent retention.
• Partner closely with clients to ensure customer success, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence through robust processes, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including CXOs, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure programs are delivered with the highest quality.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Data Engineering and Cloud ecosystems , driving innovation in solution delivery.
