Job description15+ years total IT experience; 5+ years in AI / ML / GenAI solution architecture. Hands-on proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. Strong experience with Azure AI stack – Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AI Studio, Cognitive Services. Deep understanding of GenAI design patterns, Agentic AI frameworks, and Copilot architectures. Proven background in MLOps / LLMOps, including model lifecycle, deployment, and CI / CD. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir platforms is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle client-facing solutioning, pre-sales, and technical proposal creation. Azure / GCP / AWS AI certifications preferred. Exposure to regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector) is an advantage. Strong solution storytelling and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO-level discussions. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in fast-paced global environments.

AI & Data – GenAI Solutioning & Architecture(Senior Director Team)
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Design enterprise-grade AI architectures on Azure (preferred) or other hyperscalers (GCP, AWS).
- Lead solutioning and proposal development for RFPs / RFIs — including estimations, solution decks, and architecture presentations.
- Partner with clients as a trusted AI advisor, shaping their AI adoption roadmaps and transformation journeys.
- Build reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and GenAI frameworks for scalable deployments.
- Integrate data engineering pipelines and ensure robust MLOps / LLMOps governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — data engineers, architects, and business leaders — to enable full-lifecycle AI delivery.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and enterprise AI governance best practices.
