Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM modules including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Tracking
- Manage and troubleshoot Work Requests, Asset BOM, and HR Helpdesk-related functionalities
- Integrate Oracle Fusion EAM with Projects and other relevant modules
- Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher) reports for various business needs
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or custom reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across integrated systems
- Provide expertise in Service Logistics, Customer Assets, Installed Base (IB) Assets, and Field Service modules
- Explore and apply GenAI features in Oracle to enhance user experience and operational productivity
- Participate in system testing, user training, and post-go-live support activities
