About the Role :

We’re looking for a Business Operations Intern who’s passionate about learning how AI transforms business decision-making, efficiency, and growth. This isn’t a typical operations internship — you’ll work at the intersection of data, AI, and strategy , supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive our intelligent systems and help scale a high-growth AI company.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to AI-powered business analytics , automation workflows , and data-driven problem solving , collaborating closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with teams to streamline and automate workflows using AI-driven tools and data insights.
• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI optimization.
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled dashboards and real-time performance tracking.
• Work on strategic initiatives that improve scalability, process efficiency, and user experience.
• Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to strengthen business intelligence models.
• Participate in business reviews, providing AI-supported insights and recommendations.
• Document process improvements and help train internal teams on AI-integrated systems.
• Support cross-functional projects involving predictive analytics, process automation, and operational excellence.
