Job Title : Digital Marketer (Performance Marketer) [₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month] Location : Nagpur (On-site) - Full-time

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Experience : 2–5 years

Hoora Technologies is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to manage and optimize our performance marketing efforts across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable ROI and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Achieve and maintain a 5–6x ROI / ROAS.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Oversee creative testing, ad copy performance, and funnel optimization.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in performance marketing (D2C / eCommerce preferred)

Proven record of delivering 5–6x ROI / ROAS

Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ad

Strong understanding of ad content and copywriting principles

Prior experience in team leadership
