Job description

We're looking for a driven and creative Event Marketing & Communications Manager to

lead the execution of our online events, webinars, and masterclasses. You'll be the owner

of the full event funnel - from audience acquisition to show-up rate, using engaging

communication, targeted campaigns, and strategic coordination.

If you're a natural storyteller, copywriter, and growth thinker who understands how to

move audiences to action and thrives in fast-paced environments — we want you on the

team.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of online events & masterclasses
  • Drive registrations & attendance through high-performing campaigns via :

○ Email marketing

○ WhatsApp broadcasts

○ SMS campaigns

○ In-app push notifications

○ Community posts (Reddit, Quora, Telegram, etc.)

  • Craft compelling and clear event communication copy across all channels
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (speakers, partners, design, ops)

    • to ensure event success

  • Analyze event funnel performance (registrations → show-up → retention) and

    • optimize continuously

  • Identify gaps and brainstorm new ideas to increase reach and engagement
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback loops, and reporting post-event

    • What We're Looking For

  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling & email writing skills — you know how to

    • hook attention and convert it

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience psychology, and content

    • performance

  • Analytical mindset - ability to look at event data and draw actionable insights
  • Creative problem solver & ideator - you love figuring out what works
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp / Sendinblue / WebEngage /

    • WhatsApp APIs / CRMs

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination
  • Ownership-driven - you treat every event like your own product

    • Bonus If You Have

  • Experience running high-volume webinars or online workshops
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, etc.)
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS, or community-led growth

    • What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently hit (or exceed) registration and attendance goals
  • Your campaigns deliver high open & click-through rates
  • You create event flows that are scalable, trackable, and repeatable
  • You identify what resonates with our audience and double down on it
