Position Overview

As an Associate Solution Architect, you will play a key role in delivering and configuring RightCrowd's software solutions for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, leading technical onboarding, supporting integrations with physical access control systems (PACS), and ensuring a seamless go-live. This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise, client-facing communication, and project coordination. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers—from discovery to deployment
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with enterprise clients to understand business needs
• Configure RightCrowd software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements
• Integrate with third-party systems including PACS (e.g., Lenel, HID, Genetec), HRIS, and IT directories
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and account teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to clients and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues during project delivery
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live stabilization
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term adoption and value realization
