We’re Hiring : AI / ML Engineer | Remote | Full-time

At Beshak.org, we are looking for a hands-on AI / ML Engineer with 2–3+ years of experience who has delivered 3–4 full-fledged, live AI / ML projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and can independently take AI / ML projects from idea to production.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models (predictive analytics, NLP, LLM-powered apps)

Develop Generative AI solutions using ChatGPT, Gemini, LangChain, RAG, and vector databases

Build live systems integrating APIs, automation workflows, and cloud services

Collaborate in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment to deliver high-impact solutions

️ Must-Have Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering

Delivered at least 3–4 live AI / ML projects end-to-end (deployed in production)

Strong in Python, ML / DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Hands-on with Prompt Engineering, LLM APIs, memory management

Experience with ChatGPT, LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini AI, Vector Databases

Exposure to n8n, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, Redis or similar stacks

Familiarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, GCP, etc.)

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and learning mindset

Startup or product-building experience

Experience with time series forecasting, predictive analytics

Knowledge of data engineering workflows
